Class 'BaseFriendship' not found in lib/model/Friendship.php

Hello, so I have followed all the steps in the readme but when I do 'php symfony propel:data-load' I get the error 'Class 'BaseFriendship' not found in lib/model/Friendship.php'. Is there a previous step I must do with Symfony or Propel? Thanks.

'php symfony propel:build-all' should create all the Base* classes used by Propel ORM ;)

Could not open propel.ini file:
[echo] /var/www/html/Social-Lab/config/propel.ini
I am getting this error when i run the command 'php symfony propel:build-all' to generate the base classes as you have mentioned. Can you please help? This is a bit urgent
