When a package already has patches for some version another versions likely will need be patched too. Often users dont even know that a package version needs a patch so it will be desirable that etlas warns them about that requisite. It could suggest them the possibility of request the patch filling a new issue in eta-hackage or using a version already patched (ideally telling them which versions are available)
