可以写个脚本定期检查下各播客的更新情况，并加以标注，以便让大家更容易的掌握更新周期，安排收听，同时也可以发现一些断更的情况。

能不能先加一个 ci，然后每次添加了新播客就自动 release 个文档啥的，然后通过 watch release 自动发邮件通知
