I am not using hayagriva, so feel free to transfer the issue to typst, if its better suited there. I opened the issue here as #153 was moved to hayagriva from typst.

Standards are printed incorrectly in the bibliography when using the IEEE style, even when explicitly giving typst a csl file.

Issues:

  • The title should be in italics + not in quotes
  • the "no." shouldn't be there
  • there should be a comma between the date and the standard number, not a dot
  • the document type (Rec.) is missing

The bib-file entry:

@standard{ForwardErrorCorrection2004,
  type = {Rec.},
  title = {Forward error correction for high bit-rate {{DWDM}} submarine systems},
  date = {2004},
  number = {ITU-T G.975.1},
  pubstate = {In force}
}
