I am not using hayagriva, so feel free to transfer the issue to typst, if its better suited there. I opened the issue here as #153 was moved to hayagriva from typst.
Standards are printed incorrectly in the bibliography when using the IEEE style, even when explicitly giving typst a csl file.
Issues:
The title should be in italics + not in quotes
the "no." shouldn't be there
there should be a comma between the date and the standard number, not a dot
the document type (Rec.) is missing
