wallet address is mandatory as username

I play with uPlexa Android miner, I use version 4.0 because version 4.1 produces invalid shares, see #20 (shares are not accepted by pools)

I tried to connect to custom pool (proxy), I do not use wallet address as username but real username, like miner.123456. I tried to create custom configuration and I found I cannot enter such configuration because configuration form validates username and when it doesn't look like UPX wallet, username is not accepted :-(

I see some other issue with custom configuration. I entered pool URL like upx.minando.online (port is 3333), it is accepted but when I start mining I see in log file that miner cannot connect, DNS error: unknown node or service. I tried other pool and it is the same (eu-de01.miningrigrentals.com:3333), I see the same DNS error. I just feel that custom configuration form was not tested and it is broken...

Troubleshooting connection issues on Android device is not easy... It would be nice to see more details in log file when miner is started, where it tries to connect and what are connection parameters (these should be as entered in configuration but there is a change that miner modified values in some way or combines values in a wrong way).

Please, print to log file algo used to mine the coin (version 4.1 is broken, is wrong algo configured? Why pools reject shares from version 4.1??)
