Record the package to be installed in the .config file, and load it in TUI to start installation. (fewer user operations required)

Type of config file
Sample file : provided for the user to refer to.
Customized file : the user saves selected packages to the file after installation by TUI.

Usage of config file
Launch TUI, select install, the configuration page of config file is shown,
three options are available:
1). New: select the package to be installed from the list of all packages without using the config file.
2). Saved file: user enters a custom config file path to select the packages from it.
3). Samples: use the sample config file provided for user.
