Hierarchy of the package selection interface of TUI

Generate an .xml file:
For ubinux, create an xml file that contains the rpm group information.

TUI shows package group information:
Dnf reads packet grouping information from repodata and displays it in TUI.
For the packages without group information, they are still in alphabetical order.
Users can choose the shortcut key "P" to switch to display all packages without grouping.
