Hi, as many of us use Moonlight to stream from our main rig, which surfaces an issue where constant periodic stutters happen whenever the NetworkManager attempts to scan for WiFi networks in the background. I'm able to reproduce this consistently on my ROG Ally Z1E.
There's a script in the link above we can use to disable it, but ideally there'd be a simpler solution available, such as making background scanning toggleable in the UI, or when installing the default Moonlight client that it's wrapped in an launch script to disable/re-enable background scanning on launch/exit.
Open to any suggestions.
