Problem
The mokutil UEFI menu UI is not respecting keyboard layouts (it always is in QWERTY)
And AZERY("a") == QWERTY("q") there (so QWERTY("universalblue") == AZERY("universqlblue") )
As the MOK password input UI makes characters invisible, it is difficult to notice the problem for someone not usually using QWERTY
Solution
Make the default MOK password idempotent
