Verify data backups

Ensure:

• All metadata exists in this repo
• All data is backed up in GCS
• Test data rehydration on local DAMS instance

@jrmerz 1) I've verified all the metadata is here. 2) Dams admin says the collection was synced (fcrepo to gcs) on 11/20. Message says "synced container". The individual collection items, though, don't have record of GCS syncing. I'm not sure if they should or if that is done as part of the collection sync. I don't have the service account info, so I can't verify or update. 3) I'm not sure how to do this.
