ERPLAB Studio Panels: History

David Railton Garrett edited this page Apr 15, 2024 · 1 revision

The History panel allows you to see the Matlab script equivalents of each command that has been performed. You can save the history in a text file with the Save history script button, and you can show it in the Matlab Command Window with the Show in cmd window button.

As shown in the screenshot, there is a separate history for the Current session and for the Current EEGset (or Current ERPset for the History panel in the ERP tab). If multiple EEGsets/ERPsets are selected, the history is shown for the first one (i.e., the one that is higher up in the EEGsets/ERPsets panel).

The history for an EEGset or ERPset shows the sequence of commands that was used in each processing step leading to the creation of that EEGset/ERPset. You can get this same information by typing EEG.history or ERP.history in the Command window. The history for the current sessions shows the sequence of commands that has been performed since ERPLAB Studio was launched. You can get this same information by typing eegh or erph in the Command window.
