Create Packagist Project

Would be nice to have a way to just run:

composer create-project ucdavis/sitefarm-distro-template sitefarm

In order to quickly clone and then download all of the dependencies

I'm concerned that having this on packagist would give the impression that it could be used as-is. This is probably not something we will do since the idea of this template is to be an example of how you would configure your own distribution. This repo is meant only as a reference point. But I do see how that would make things quick for demoing...
