searching for a crown should be restrictable by a date #32

When doing a search at http://op.drachenwald.sca.org/search, it should always be possible to restrict said search by a date range. It's important that a Crown be able to search for all -- and only -- the awards they've given out.

Oh, hey, I was just coming here to report that one should be able to restrict a date search by crown.
