Gender of person should be included in award rec form

The field for "gender" only shows up when inputing a new person, not when recommending someon who is already in the OP. This information is still relevant to us as crowns when the person being recommended isn't someone we know, especially if it is a more unusual name. Having this information is also very usefull to scribes so they know what pronouns to use.
