I'm c&p-ing some comments about the OP to you, that came in via the website-issues email address. Author is Lady Aoife, from Eplaheimr(?).

The salient points I get are:

• right now this is suited to experienced SCA people
• indicating which fields are required/not required would help
• show (more clearly) you can send a rec without choosing a specific award
• back to kingdom webpage button

I'll reply about being able to search on parameters other than a persona name, as I think she's mistaken on this point.

The OoP once you get there is a bit bare bones, it took about half an hour
of experimenting to figure out what I had to do to find the individual and
submit the application. For the people who I knew the SCA name of things
were pretty simple but it was difficult searching for someone for who I
wasn't sure about the spelling of the SCA name. There was no way to search
the Recommendation tab for anything other than the SCA name, this is
probably because of Data Privacy but it made things tricky until I figured
out the exact SCA name that was listed on the OoP. I realize now that you
can just fill in whatever name you have and then use that but that wasn't
really obvious. Also, I presume that you can send in a recommendation
without specifying an award but that's not made clear so I at first assumed
that the award is a required field. I think it all really boils down to a
bit of exposition and instruction on the pages and things will be golden.
