QoL: pip install errors out; requires numpy and setuptools_rust to be installed beforehand #140

On a clean pip install, we get errors and have to manually install numpy and setuptools_rust

  1. Make a clean venv
  2. pip install --editable sdi/

I expect the pipeline to install.
On mainline.

It's a minor quality of life fix, but it might be a pretty simple tweak to setup.py.
