pyds9 setup.py errors preventing the pipeline from installing #141

Due to compatibility issues with pyds9, the pipeline is not installable. Additionally, I discovered sklearn is not mentioned in setup.py since this is a new addition. To fix the issue we will check if sklearn is installed and prompt the user to install and find a new way to install pyds9.
