We want an understanding of what each step in the pipeline takes computationally (ie. timing, ram usage, gpu/cpu usage, etc) for a given input image from LCO or one of Scott's. This is for both the regular SDI pipeline as well as other parts for Pi the Sky.

  • Align
  • Subtract
  • Mask
  • Segmentation
  • Compression
  • Extraction
  • Light curve creation
  • Etc

Want a presentation on this by 4/5 that systematically follows one image through the pipeline. Make sure that everything relevant has GPU support.
