[Bug]: Highlighting text causes it to disappear when using the Yandex keyboard #6104

Bug Description

When using the Yandex keyboard, highlighting text causes the selected text to disappear. I believe this issue is related to the virtual keyboard itself. However, I decided to report it here because the behavior works fine in <input> and <textarea> tags.

I am going to close this issue since Yandex support has confirmed that they are aware of it and are working on a fix.
