Mudar o nome das funções raiz_positiva e raiz_negativa #13

Recomendo atualizar o texto paraprimeira_raiz e segunda_raiz.

Pois embora possamos compreender que a raiz positiva seja realizando o cálculo + delta e a negativa com - delta, podemos ter equação com raizes -1 e -2, portanto as duas raizes são negativas.
