Decommission ingest/access server services

These tasks are still running:

But apart from that, we are off the ingest/access services, and even those tasks are not needed anymore, I think.

So, this task is to review what's still running on ingest/access and check we can switch them all off. If that's all fine, we can then move to decommissioning those virtual servers.
