Add facility to cite items, even when in a reading room.

Without creating and running a registration system, the Singapore web archive use a method we could consider borrowing. They offer a 'Citation' link on each search result. If clicked this adds the target to a list of citations and when ready the user can email the list to themselves.

We don't have to follow this method exactly but it illustrates a way of users getting a permalink sent to themselves.
