Low FPS after Quantization using OpenVino

Hi, hope everyone is doing great. I have followed the official OpenVino Notebook when it comes to the Quantization of YOLOV8 (I'll link it below) but the FPS instead of increasing, have decreased. I am getting 2.4 fps. Even when I ran the Benchmark App I was getting super low throughput. Any and all guidance will be appreciated.
