Corrupt causes

I hope the Devs will note mind me posting this (apologies). I just want to know the specific causes that give us the "x corrupt" message during training. Is there any link/documentation where I can find the causes of the corrupt message? I'm sure everyone can prepare their dataset better if there's a list of it. Thanks in Advance.
