Copy available blocks in block list editor

Often I create multiple datatype instance of Block List editor, e.g. one for Home Page and one for Standard Page.
Furthermore I tend to use Block List editor instead of Nested Content holding data for e.g. items in an image carousel.

So many of the blocks are re-used and it is tedious to make the same block configuration for each element type.

It would be great to have the ability copy a block configuration, e.g. a copy button next to the delete button, which would copy selected content and settings model, selected thumbnail, background color, icon color etc. and this could be pasted to the configuration of another Block List datatype instance.

It would also be great to be able to copy all available blocks with configuration of these and paste to another datatype instance. I imagine this can use the <umb-property-actions> components next to the property/prevalue label and maybe both "Copy all" and "Delete all"?

Maybe sometime if future we can also copy datatypes, but it hasn't got high priority: #1696
