v15.2 Suggestion for Enhancing the Umbraco Image Media Picker

We’re currently using a document type in Umbraco that leverages the Image Media Picker. In our use case, we only need to select a single media item at a time.

It would be a great improvement if the selection process could be streamlined. For instance, allowing users to either click directly on a media item to select it or double-click to confirm the selection would save considerable time.

At present, the workflow involves marking an item for selection, moving the cursor to the bottom-right corner, and then clicking the confirm button. While this works, it can feel unnecessarily cumbersome, especially for scenarios where selecting a single item is the norm.

Implementing this small change would enhance the user experience and improve efficiency for editors working with the Media Picker.

If it’s already possible, please point me in the right direction.
