The following override cycles for cttso samples are permitted.

  • U7N1Y143;I8;I8;U7N1Y143
  • U7N1Y143;I8N2;I8N2;U7N1Y143
  • U7N1Y143;I10;I10;U7N1Y143

Once this check is in-placed, assert using Run 183 original SampleSheet.csv with sschecker; to confirm that the sschecker should fail it.
