Detailed Description

Which rulset defines the basis? For example countrywise.
Are there signifcant special cases in the rulset besides the basis? For example km/h, m/h
Are there differences in sign positioning or road marking?

Definition of Done

Done if a presentation for the general overview of the rulset in Carla/Leaderboard has been created.
