View History of scripts I've run?

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I couldn't find this feature.

I'm using the Windows .exe - can I view the history of all the scripts I've run?

For example, the history might look like this:
3 Jan 2025 @ 18:11PM - Remove insecure "Print 3D" app
3 Jan 2025 @ 18:11PM - Remove "Microsoft 3D Builder" app
3 Jan 2025 @ 18:11PM - Remove "3D Viewer" app

I know each "run" is saved as a .bat file into the C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\privacy.sexy\runs directory but a simplified history view within the application would help me remember what scripts I've previously run etc.

Also, from the PrivacyLearn.com site, it says:
_Automatic Restoration

• Open privacy.sexy
• Go to "History" or "Applied Changes"
• Select the changes you want to revert
  -Click "Restore" or "Revert Changes"_

However, I can't find any "History" or "Applied Changes" options in either the offline .exe or the online web versions...?

Also, related, perhaps add the option to save the selected scripts as a Custom Profile (similar to the built in None | Standard | Strict | All profiles. This custom profile could be clicked and all the various scripts would be check marked automatically for easy reverts or adds/removes.
