Problem statement

Every time I run a Script like for example

Remove Windows App
Remove 3D Modeling apps
along with others when about to run the full script
I would like to know which script I have run previously like log documentation History Function to show "Hey I activated this" and getting an error as a reminder in the full script

Proposed solution

A Log History and Show

you can write the script outputs stdout and stderr into specific files, google or even chatgpt can help you do that. privacy.sexy echoes specific tweak names with a --- prefix (e.g. --- Minimize DISM "Reset Base" update data)
