Save is not enabled when a row is moved up/down

When a note is moved up/down by using ^ button, the row re-positions but the save is not enabled and the order of teh re-positioned note is not saved.
DOD: When a row is moved up/down, Save button should be enabled and the order of the notes should be saved.
