Document this somewhere since #1007 is merged.

go to https://github.com/unicode-org/unicodetools/pkgs/container/unicodetools
choose a version (or create a tag and wait for it to build)
install Docker
run docker run --rm -p 8887:8080 ghcr.io/unicode-org/unicodetools:srl-test-2025-01-28 (will launch server, control-C to exit)
visit http://127.0.0.1:8887 to view app
