Bounties for quantify-core and quantify-scheduler do not show up.

Quick fix is in #103, but it would be nice to have a proper one.

I've only had a cursory look, but because the quantify* repos are hosted in gitlab, they are passed over in the scrape_github script.

To automate this, I think we'd have to write another script to scrape gitlab. Unfortunately the bounties are also missing from https://unitaryhack.dev/bounties/.
