Show "interested hackers" next to bounties

This is more of a wish-list item, that I am not sure how could we action upon immediately / for 2022. But it would be nice, as a participant in unitaryHACK, to be able to see already from the uHACK website the number of hackers already interested in a bounty, to be able to tackle those with less competition.

A quick solution could be to ask interested hackers to express their interest at least on the bountied issue.
