Export data with list of bounty hackers

It would be nice to export the data of thee bounty hackers, i.e. the participants who closed with an accepted pull request a bounty of a participating project. Cc @crazy4pi314.

The relevant data are:

• github username
• name of project
• number of pull request / url of PR
• number of issue closed / url of issue
• bounty name
• bounty value ($ to be assigned)

With this data, the UF team can get in touch of the hackers that can claim their bounty.
