Export data with list of participating hackers

t would be nice to export the data of the hackers (i.e. participants who registered on unitaryhack.dev) who contribute to participating projects, with accepted pull requests. Cc @crazy4pi314.

The relevant data are:

• github username
• name of project
• number of pull request / url of PR
• number of issue closed / url of issue

With this data, the UF team can get in touch of the hackers to send their swag.
