Instead of pointing to the tag, what about comparing with the previous version?

If we'd like to keep compatibility with the github_changelog_generator gem's output, what about adding a line like [Full Changelog](https://github.com/uphold/github-changelog-generator/compare/0.2.0...0.1.0) below the release title line, instead of replacing its link? I don't have a strong preference for any option in particular.
