Hi @Korb ! What I have noticed is that adding a rule for Google Docs automatically applies it to Google Sheets as well as Google Slides.

I have stopped using this browser add-on and cannot confirm your claim. If it works exactly as you describe, my suggestion can be closed, as solved.
