この変更で加わった @Member を使うと、Swagger上でroomIdが出ない（と思われる）

なるほどこれは@Memberを使うから、というよりもhandlerの引数から@Paramを取り払ってしまったからかもしれないな

あー、そうだとおもいます。
@memberを使う-> userIdがmemberから使えるようになる -> @paramが入らなくなる -> Swaggerから消える
