[Blocked on email security] Email monthly reports containing anonymized client data

Current proposal: Monthly emails to:
'[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]'
Contains an attached CSV of last month's data:
Timestamp, Provider Name, Client Demographic Data (but not contact info)
To do:

• Figure out how to resolve Promise
• Figure out how to do an email attachment
• figure out how to propagate error instead of taking server down

Also a link to a Google Document with some rudimentary instructions for importing it into a Google Sheet and getting 'subtotal counts' (e.g., how many requests by zip code).
