[Bug]: Changing criteria on a saved search shows all grants in results

Why is this issue important?

Grant results are not showing correctly

Current State

I have a saved search with the following critieria:

• Agency Code - IMLS
• Status - posted & closed/archived

I edit the saved search to show only posted grants and click Save and View results
The results show 2080 results (see image below)
If I refresh the page, it shows the correct results (10 grants)

Expected State

You should not need to refresh the page to show the correct results
