The challenge of compressing and transferring strikes again.

It turns out that pre 1.34 versions of busybox's "ash" shell do not support ksh style process substitution - this means that https://github.com/uselagoon/lagoon-sync/blob/main/synchers/mariadb.go#L168 will fail on earlier versions.
