Port spotlight feature from AVS. The button is B.

More info and documentations about AVS available at official forum topic (Maybe will be useful for ModelExtras Wiki)

I don't know if it works or not but the code is actually there from AVS port. It's set to B too.
(If broken, drop me a vehicle model that supports spotlights)

@user-grinch Just tested, it's not even working on AVS too or i can't find cars that have spotlight feature. So i don't know.
