User is able to input alphabet instead of amount after creating new material #267

Steps to reproduce

Click on the Materials menu item from the Dashboard.
Navigate to Materials Management page.
Click on the Add Material button.
Enter a non numeric value for price.
Fill and submit Add New Materials modal.

Expected result
System should not allow to enter a non numeric value for price.

Actual result
System allows to enter a non numeric value for price.

v1.7.2
