Possible Headless Version?

Seems like a lot of folks are forking this repo to host their own server, but I bet there's also a bunch of styling changes being implemented in forked versions, especially for commercial projects.

It would be really cool to make this headless and not impart the existing design system on commercial projects trying to use it. Instead let them use their existing design system to build the editor, but you just manage the logic underneath.

I know this is a really large scoped feature for fair specific commercialized use cases, but thought I'd throw it out there!
