Feature request to work with pest_hp parameter equations.

The pest_hp suite of programs has implemented parameter equations in the pest control file. This functionality removes the need for the par2par layer which is a confusing complexity in the pest workflow, especially for new users. It would make the transition much easier from pest_hp to pest++.

sounds interesting and I can see the usefulness, esp with the forth coming optimization tools where we want to form more complex decision variable (parameter) equations for constraints and/or objectives. I'll look into it
