How to Reproduce:

Login with admin panel of wordpress helpdesk

Step 1: Clicks on ticket for ticket view page:

Issue 1:

On ticket view page: Total ticket counts not showing:

Issue 2:

On ticket view page: Customer name and profile pic not showing:

On customer panel also this issue:

Issue 3:

When ticket created after not showing cust name and also profile pic:
