Context

Before proceeding with the installation of SUSE Manager (Server/Proxy), a baisc prerequisite check needs to be conducted to ensure that the target system meets all necessary requirements. These checks will help prevent installation failures and ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

User story

As a system administrator, I want that mgradm/mgrpxy verify

• Check if the system has enough memory and storage available.
• Any other sanity check that is feasible to perform, be it around network port or issue like this podman: check environment before install or upgrade #323
