Description of the bug

The component looks like its value is between the range, even if set to 0.

Expected behavior

Should work..

Minimal reproducible example

        RangeInput rangeInput = new RangeInput();
        rangeInput.setMin(0.0);
        rangeInput.setMax(20.0);
        rangeInput.setStep(5.0);
        rangeInput.setValue(0.0);

Versions

  • Vaadin / Flow version: 2.5.6
  • Java version: 21
  • OS version: Mac

Workaround: override setValue and add:

getElement().setProperty("value", value);
