Is the "Exception has occurred: Signal" pop-up error normal or not?
Before, maybe half years ago, I remember there is no pop-up error like this.

Yes, it's normal. The SIGSTOP was probably always there, the popup on signals/exceptions is a recent addition, which made it more obvious.
